Premium and the free plan
Premium allows unlimited custom recipes across all trips you own, for all their members. The free allowance is one distinct custom recipe used per trip plus one per joined participant other than the owner. Catalog recipes and personal libraries are unlimited. No trip duration limit applies.
Price and payment
Premium costs EUR 4.99 per year, including applicable taxes, with automatic annual renewal and no free trial. Stripe processes payments; Kigumi does not store card details. Premium starts after payment confirmation. The final amount is displayed before payment. Invoices and payment methods are available in the customer portal.
Canceling your subscription
Cancel future renewals at any time through the customer portal on the Premium page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. After expiration, the free allowance applies again; existing trips and recipes remain available, editable and reusable. Adding a new distinct custom recipe may require freeing a slot or inviting a participant.
Refunds and withdrawal
Request a full refund by email within 14 days of your first subscription payment, without giving a reason. Include the email address used for your Kigumi account; never send card details. We will arrange the refund to the original payment method within 14 days of the request and cancel future renewals. Premium access ends when the refund is processed. This voluntary policy does not limit any statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights, including rights concerning renewal payments.
Consumer rights and support
Mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country remain in force. No waiver of withdrawal rights is requested. Contact the seller by email for billing complaints, service problems or assistance canceling.
