Account, trips, invitations and support data are used to provide the service (performance of the contract). Security records protect the service (legitimate interest). Dietary preferences are optional; avoid entering medical information.

Trip information is shared with its participants. Authorized administrators and technical providers may process data for hosting, email and payments. The operator must confirm provider identities, locations and safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA before production use.

Account data is kept while the account is active. Account deletion removes owned trips, memberships and recipes. Support correspondence and legally required payment records may be retained separately; contact support for the applicable period and any deletion exception.

Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable through support. Verified accounts can track requests and replies in My requests; email is available without an account. A response is due within one month; any justified extension must be explained within that month. You may complain to the CNIL or your competent supervisory authority.
